Since my PC is always in beta stage I'd love to run a beta OS as well.
I'm in, if you'll have me.

WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO I have my system bootable finally, but now having issues with XS 2.0, in that its not reading my Optical drive, in that it shows the drive being present, but does not register a CD/DVD in the drive.

    OR I could burn 3.0 to DVD............ARGH.

I'm interested too. I will test it mainly with vmware, but once my new setup arrives, also directly.

Now please understand this by no means is a perfect OS, but we have been working very hard to attempt to include all the features that our users have Requested. Now we are going to create new threads for every release but if you are a beta and you spot a Problem TELL ME. Once release happens check the Help thread and ask there. Hopefully that is fair for everyone
When you are ready to release the 3.0 beta version of XSOS, just post the link and your email address. So people will download and test it for you (I bet not all want to test it). And when people found some bugs, they should email you about bugs. That is a lot better than having a team of testers and people have to post "sign me up!" "count me" "i'll test it for you." Also maybe you should write FAQ for XSOS?

I tried that on an earlier version (preXSOS) and the only Emails I got were ones attempting to sell Penis Enlarger Pumps and a bunch of Other crap.

Is this mainly a Benching OS or an All purpose OS and where do you expect it to draw the line? (Example would be gaming and windows registry/hooks or anti-virus compatability)

This sounds exciting... I'd love to get in on this... It gives me a reason I kept this spare hd around all this time.
