well I think that's pretty good for stock voltage
bump the vcore to 1.8 and see what she'll do
if you can get 2.4-2.5ghz I think that's good
over that is cake and not a given no matter what number/letter core u get as far as I know
    it's never fast enough!

    Why not a 1.5v WPMW?

my cpu was fine at 2200mhz as well. stock 1.5v was all it needed. 2500mhz needs more than 2.15vcore.

I got an 0308 SPMW XP1700+ DLT3C here in my 8RDA+ running at 2500 with 1.85v. Prime 95/3dmark stable.....tried two other of the same stepping.....one hated any voltage over 1.7v, but ran at 2400 with only 1.675v, the other went to 2300mhz at 1.75v.
May pick up another today to try out!!

same problem as i got with my 0307 DLT3C bito, it just hangs as soon as i try and do anything with it at anything over 1.7v.

and at 1.7v it only does 2200 stable.

I got a DUT3C and even that does 2300 at 1.89v so im getting more out of that than i can out of the DLT3C!!

I think is just pot luck, pick any DLT3C JIUHB and pray its a good one, i dont think looking at any of the other stepping info makes any difference what so ever.

bito what cooling you using on that at 1.85v? and what temps?

mine is doing 2455 at 1.825v but just wouldnt do 2500 at all even at 1.9v, i think it may be psu or temps stopping it. i keep getting MACHINE_CHECK_ERROR bsod's all the time.

I have 2, 0310 XPMW's, got them for the kids' boxes. Initial testing for both indicated 2.25 @ default voltage and a maximum of 2.5 @ 1.85 volts. Temps were pushing 52C with an AX7 and an 80mm Delta SHE. I only ran both chips for an hour or 2 on an AT7-MAX2. Maximum FSB obtained on that board was 205 for both procs. One more thing, temps went through the roof when volts were increased to 1.95.

    Overall not too shabby?

im just trying to work out exactly how im getting load temps of 61c with an SLK900 and 92mm 47cfm papst at only 1.825v and yet everyone else reports far lower temps than that even with more voltage.

ive reseated it twice, even tried shinetsu crap instead of as3. cant work it out and its driving me mad as temps are holding it back a lot.

open the case side and temps drop 10c even though ive got 2 intakes on full speed and an exhaust in this pc60.

If your temps drop 10 degrees when you take the side cover off, that suggests to me that something is wrong with the air flow inside the case. Try playing with your fans, change location, reverse direction of flow, etc. Maybe try one fan blowing in at front and 2 blowing out in rear? Are you wires and ribbons neat? Any restrictions on airflow? Something must be wrong to get a 10 degree drop when you take the cover off?

What kind of fan are you using in your case? Maybe they're not powerful enough
