Does you B chip get too hot at 1.5V+? I wish I could run 1.525 3.8ghz stable but temps get above 85C and cpu starts throttling. Running 3.7Ghz 1.45V now

Here is my max at 10-15C ambient

Yes i have exactly the same problem - my B chip it gets too hot over 1.5v set in bios, so i'm useing it with 1.475v 3900 24/7. Great chip i love it .

well I think i'm done testing on air.

cpu maxed out screenshot / validation stable at 4285mhz
4300mhz froze when saving validation file.
    validation: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=144011

I tested 4:5 divider and improved spi time a little bit.

After that I tried booting @ 399fsb and spi time appeared to be better when booting 1:1 then when booting @ 445fsb using 4:5 divider

So I tried booting @ 399fsb 4:5 divider and treid to set fsb @ 456mhz in windows.
without succes, the system freezed @ 435fsb

I'm still happy with the results, time to move on to sub-zero.

It's 0c here at night and about 5 in the day.

I have a really busy weekend planned, what do you say we start on monday?

Im not taking my rig outside, just up against the window, but that should be good enough for 4.1ghz.
