you can install with acpi enabled, then change the cpu driver and reboot for MPS mode I believe, cant you?

It's not currently available because of anything else than a cease and desist from MS.
If i was a user i would remove it from my computer asap.
It's warez, nothing more, nothing less, it's a version that is not supported by MS and provided in a format not supported by the EULA.
I myself am not aware of the status of this software, so I am temporarily closing this thread to stop any possible flaming or wrong doing.
