awesome work! thanx for the extra photos, that chipset cooling shot ^^ made my day
haha love the NB cooling

My system locked up at -65C CPU BIOS temps and wouldn't boot afterwards until I removed the DIce tube and emptied it.Originally Posted by MTP04
Don't know if that qualifies as a cold bug.
Is cooling the NB like that safe???
i think yours locked up cause you killed your motherboardOriginally Posted by SLi_dog
I only can see 2 pictures, the rest is not working here but it might be 'cuz I'm in school and thoose f*ckheads blocking so many websites here...hope I can have a look at the nb cooling when I'm home, from what I can read here and see it really looks like a nice bench.

How come BIOS shows E6600 @ 4.01GHz ?

Nah it locked up because I was feeding in cups of DIce when the CPU was at only 2.66Ghz
The motherboard died a few hours later......
ain't it dengorus to put the d-ice like that on the N\B?
can it damage the board?

If you will put some insulation to avoid condensate - It won`tcan it damage the board?

i like the RAM-cooling on the 2nd Pic@post1^^

UPDATE
only 3 fsb from the WR @ 1.61v (next time we must have to do the vcore mod ; @ the nb we dont use DI this time, dont need it (its an other mobo))
cpu-z valid @ 4167mhz
Very nice, keep it coming!!
I think you should have som DI in nb, just for show!

How did you manage to extract 595MHz from P5B Deluxe @ stock cooling ?
on air its a wall @ ~560fsb (i do 3900mhz 1M on air, but 3910mhz crash @ every settings), but the cpu under DI its broken somehow, and the single channel helps much.. here is the screen: cpu: -60C, mb: 24C monitor screenOriginally Posted by TaPaKaH
thx guys, next time WR i'm pretty sure

yup, its all about the CPU with the P5B-Dlx (perhaps all 965 boards)...and the colder the CPU, the higher the FSB but your E6300 is just a FREAK my friend. 560FSB with the CPU on air...crazy!!! i thought mine was decent at 515FSB on air (566FSB dry ice) but mine looks like crap compared to yours.Originally Posted by Achill3uS
i just did a quick look through the thread and didn't see it, but did you post the date and stepping of that CPU?
congrats on a great run and best of luck pushing for the final little bit
An E6300 @ 4167 : O
