Antec 650Trio (not that great)
Ballistix PC6400 2GB
Boxed cooled
CPU-Vcore = 1.48V
Vdimm = 2.25V
Superpi 1M - 3.8Ghz
Wprime at 3.6ghz

Max 1M is 3.9ghz if my board boots at 1.5V while 1.7v has been set!
Max wprime is stil around 3.6-3650, heavy bench
Max fsb at air boxed cooled 470fsb.

Can i say that this is a very bad Quad?
Overclocking limitation is obvious boxed cooler and perhaps bios.

nah, i couldnt pass from 3.26 with my B3 one...i dunno if i didnt put enough voltage(tried til 1.43 on bios, but i would get stuck and freeze on bios startup screen everytime, and had to remove battery to start again) but i didnt get really any 3.4 or 3.6 ghz.

What are your CPU VTT and HT voltages?

I am having memories still on 2.1 v, so maybe i should raise to 2.2v as cpu has increased alot his mhz frequency, from 2.4 to 3.2(and possibly 3.6) ?

i would say that your overclock 3.9ghz with intels stock cooler is not bad at all actually guite good, when considering that some peeps are still stuck at 3.6ghz or lower lol.
and your temp. 62°c at load is totally normal. nothing to worry about.
