ok i just got off the phone with these guys. they are not physically in their warehouse, they ship directly from intel. thats why it says 2-3 weeks shipping. but as long as its says that they are "in stock", that means that intel WILL have a cpu for you. i think he said that they have 105 left. i ordered mine.

its 350.42 which i think is around $30 above the intel quoted price of lots of 1000. i didnt get the 1 day shipping since it looks like i will be waiting a couple weeks (maybe) anyway. the fellow in sales told me the longest it would take would be 2 or 3 weeks.
