Too bad they don't come with 1MB L2 But they still are strong chips, cedarmill 28s with a celeron and stock cooler is just crazy But I don't think that someone that is able to buy 8000UL will buy a celeron

Have any plans of trying some phase change on that monster of a chip??

Yeah, I second that. 7GHz on a £80 CPU would be nice to see.Originally Posted by Leverpospade

This is awesome. Intel should add HT to celerons (I wanna build a cheap cheap cheap computer for college). Bookmarked this thread so that I can read it tomorrow when I have less homework.
EDIT GOT ANY LN2 to play around with, or phase? this is hardly the limits of this thing

Geez, the new CelD's are looking mighty fine for us poor people!

Man, that's very nice indeed. What temperatures do you get when OC'd and with stock cooler? Is it an ES? Have you tried to lower the multi?
BTW, does anyone know what frequency the lowest Celeron Cedar Mill will have?
Yeah right.
i want i want!!!!! AND I CAN ACTUALLY AFFORD FOR A CHANGE LOL
deffo phase - i still cant believe that clock is on stock air tho
23m with stock cooler on Celeron *faints
not very many AMD Opterons can do that
i love cheap OC rigs with kick arse oCs like that...........now stick it under phase quick hehehehehe
