Have had some trouble with the 64OS, still some 32 bit emulation and bad drivers, but::

    Superpi 24.46

I noticed something interesting, when I go 64 bit, the FX gets more hot, and the men timings can't be so tight. It might be bad drivers og it might be some new activity in the CPU, when it's going 64bit

    Its 245 1:1 2-3-2-5 vs 256 1:1 2-2-2-5 If I remember correctly. So 256x12 might be faster overall.

I'd try up to like 3.5V for Vddr.
I guess its possible that Corsair have used BH5 and CH5 on that RAM series? Maybe yours has CH5 (and OPP and Quad for instance has the BH5)?
CH5 quite often runs with RAS to CAS at 3 only.

Just tried 3.53Volt cas 2-2-11-2 went blue schreen just before desktop

Removed the headspreader, you are right, it's CH5...
By some other Corsair next week, then I also can try x4 ?!

The M32 @ 3094 was safe bench. The PC have been turn on for very long time M/B temp close to 40 C now. Some other time at fresh boot. I can go +40/+50 Hz and take the 10 sek

Thanks Macci, the mem mysteri is solved.
