Has anybody here got any problem using 8rdavcore? Because sometimes when I increase it to 1,9-2,0V I get some bsod error saying somethings wrong with nv4mini.
Then I restarted the computer and saw that my vcore was @ 2,2V
Abit NF7-S Rev2 and D26 XT bios.
Learn.... thanks ofr tips.... My Infineon at-7 cant pass 180MHz stable
so.....
i set to 5:3 ratio .... pump up the FSB......... 260MHz....... lol... it is stable with 3d mark2001 & prime95
Thanx m8...
i'm keeping this setting until i get new ram

From what i've read previously adjusting vcore beyond 1.85v (NF2 boards) in windows is a big no-no with any utilty.Quote:

tictac & Learn: Why running out of sync? you get alot worse performance running out of sync on nForce2 (and other A-XP-) boards. Even if you have a great FSB you loose alot more performance running out of sync.
i'm running 1:1 for my 24/24 setting, it's just some 'testing'. for an futur project.Quote:

Doh I borked my 2k install trying over 265 fsb (1:1). I can't seem to do it, no matter what my vdd, vdimm, etc is set at. Must just have hit the limit on this motherboard. Now I just gotta figure out how to get 10.5x260 stable, but it doesn't like anything over 250 at multi's 9.5 and higher. Anyone using non-stock NB cooling and did it help w/ fsb or stability? also I have no clue if my VTT is tracking... but i doubt it.
i've lapped my NB, and cooled it with my waterchiller (liquid 20°C), it help raising my fsb (stable). how much MHz? i don't know, but it help for sure.Quote:

i need to fix the vddr fluctuation at high vddr, i can do 3dmark 260 1:1 22211 at this time, but it's hard...
all this test are with low multi.
nah.. i think it work better than my previous setting
my previous setting 180Mhz x 12.5 @ 2.5-3-3-11
3D Mark 2001 score 1970
now running at 260Mhz(5:3) @ 2-2-2-11 timing
3D Mark 2001 score 1965
If i have good ram... of course i will use 1:1..
but with infineon at-7.... i better keep this setting for a while
if you look at sandra efficiency it will show 50-55%... that is bug coz it count the efficiency from FSB speed not the ram speed... go figure it out :banana4:
i set my ext p2p discard time to 1ms & PCI latency to 128clock / 160 clock to prevent any corruption issue :toast:Quote:

What is the difference between Command per Clock enable and disable ?
2-2-2-11 1T = CPC On 2-2-2-11 2T = CPC Off
:D
And whats "better"
I heard 1T doesn't work good or somethin' like this !
Or is it only.
1T faster but not so high
2T a bit slower but higher clockrate !
Hmm, like u want, i think it works good and im on 1T ;D
Look @ this :
Quote:
238 x 11 = 2.618, 11-2-2-2, CPC Off: SuperPi 1M 40 Sekunden
217 x 12 = 2.604, 11-2-2-2, CPC On: SuperPi 1M 39 Sekunden
238 x 11 = 2.618, 11-2-2-2, CPC Off: 3DMark 2001Se 18.799 Punkte
210 x 12,5 = 2.630, 11-2-2-2, CPC On: 3DMark 2001Se 18.800 Punkte

Don't know why.
And I KNOW my 1700+ does 2400Mhz with Air !
And if I do over 1.8V I only got Beeps !
Is there a Bios with more than 2.9 Vdiimm ?
No, there are no Bios with higher Vdimm! In ur Sig. its 265MH FSB??
How it comes? Maybe u have an very bad NF7
Noktar: My NF7-S had this problem once, that when I set Vcore @ 1,8-1,9 the board didn't want to start. Just started beeping and stuff.Think it was 1,825V and 1,875V. Try like 1,85 and 1,9V if you coolings good :)
That Vcore related to:
Heat
PSU
APIC Mode
Temps Diode
is that with 2-2-2-11 1:1?Quote:

Christ this bios screwed with my motherboard. Now I cant raise my vcore past 1.9v. I can run the same fsb...completely stable at 1.9v and immediately shuts down with a two toned siren at 1.9+vcore. Anyone ever heard of this? I had a 1.95v vcore before the flash. I flashed back to merlins D25 2D bios and I am getting the same problems :S
What to do at Win Flash?
Update from File
Choose the .bin Bios file.
Then the Prog updates the Bios.
And then only restart ?
Exakt. :)Quote:
