Do you use XP drivers?
Sounds like just what I've been looking for as I have no intention of using Vista with all its DRM crap  :toast:Quote:

ZOMG! i'm so excited, i bought a cheap rig just to test this and it's on the way
when it is ready, unless you prefer a rushed unfinished and crude Version that may not be perfect. In which case, you probably might as well buy windows MEQuote:

I'm impressed that you are already getting there with a vista release it's not even publically available yet!
I'm guessing that a full purchased ver of vista is required before running this?
Keep us posted
Speaking of Looks, does anyone here think we should Change the GUI up and make it look different?Quote:

actually the changes I was suggesting are cosmetic, since some people seem to think it is "too plain"Quote:

Personally, I want a stable, performant OS, if I want to look at something "nice" I'll hang a picture with some naked chicks on it on my wall ;)Quote:

So what drivers does this OS use, XP, Vista? I really hope I'll be able to use this OS 24/7 cuz it's exactly the OS I'm looking for, nonbloated, DRM-free, as lightweight as possible yet very functional. Makes me sick when I look at the size Vista requires on your OS partition, I only use a 10GB C: partition and an OS that won't fit fine on that is a very bloated OS IMO.
how do I get this? Sounds freaing great to have an OS that doesnt include all the BS:toast:
XSOS 3.0 is one of the main things I am really excited about in '07 :D One other thing is K8L and its mainboards.
Looks already really nice nn. Is it a stripped down version (featurewise) or does it just lack what nobody needs?
I guess you didnt make it worse than previous XSOS, so it will be more than great. :)
Looks good but same q as above. :toast: :toast:Quote:
