Are those pretty good results to expect for the price I paid for them? Sorry, but I am a DDR2 noob :p
Just waiting for a stupid Yonah mobo

Nice RAM but what chips exactly?
Is at the moment any other memory stick (less expensive ;) ) using these chips?
I believe those are the new Micron B6-25E chips

Hey i got a question.. Fatbody's aren't being made anymore, right? Or can they still be found on current memories available at NewEgg?
Also, were there any Fatbody 2x1GB configuration? I have some older FatBody, which are awesome, but I would really like 2GB of this stuff :D
SAD
Go with Crucial Ballistix
2GB kit (1GBx2) $683.99 (USD) BL2KIT12864AA1005 DDR2 PC2-8000 • 5-5-5-15 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-1000 • 2.2V • 128Meg x 64
At that price I'll get a few pairs
What about these guys??
http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.aspx?i=2700&p=1
I can't see if they are D9 or D something else....:(
Hey guys, I can get some Corsair 5400C4 v1.1 cheap, is that fatbody ??
They replaced the 5400UL but no way they are D9...i think they are samsung...
I can read D9DQT also on themQuote:
he 2nd row shows markings of D9DQT. Please note that the D9 is indicative of Micron's Fat Body integrated circuit. At the very bottom of the IC, there is a -3F marking, which is usually used for speed grading.
By entering the FBGA code into Micron's Part Marking Decoder, the search output was rather inconclusive. This part appears not to be in the Micron database yet. The restamping and lack of information from Micron keeps us wondering about the real speed of the new DDR2 Chips. Does this new die revision of the D9 IC's still contain 3.7ns chips as we saw with past D9?
I have 2x152 Corsair xms2 5400C4 (xms5402v1.4)
but it works 3-3-3-8 at 651 mhz (2,1 v),I can't do other test (my motherboard doesn't support high frequency and voltage:( )
it's the D9?
