GA-965P-DS3P missing resistors

Hi, I have a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3P motherboard (rev 3.3) which is missing two surface mount resistors near the cpu socket. The resistors are R2722 and R2721.
When the board is powered up, it will start for a few seconds then restart (it just does this in a loop, never posting).
I would greatly appreciate if someone could measure the resistance across these parts.
I tried to upload pics but it says its not a valid image file. The resistors are right below the socket lever.
