Mobile Pentium 4 3.33 GHz is something to look at...
Heard a couple of days back about the Pentium 4 3.33GHz Mobile that was just released.
This chip could be VERY interesting...it'll default to a 14x multiplier, is very likely out of the top speed bin and comes in a Socket 478 package (for those of us who dislike being told to replace all the major parts in your computer). And best of all....it's E0 stepping...looks to me like it's the first retail part on that stepping.
I wonder what one of these suckers could do with forgiving memory and a cool northbridge...4 GHz on retail HSF should be an almost certainty.:)
Would be interesting to see what temps they run at too...;)
The S-spec has been updated already too to include the new chip (out of character for Intel)
